Flexible learning to fit around your life

Lectures

There are typically two live, online CQF lectures each week which run from 6:00pm - 8:30pm (GMT). All lectures are delivered live via webcast and are fully interactive, so that you can ask questions, discuss ideas, and interact with your cohort. Lecture recordings are made available on the CQF Learning Portal within just 24 hours, giving you the freedom to watch and re-watch lectures at your convenience.

Tutorials and Labs

Join members of faculty online to work through problems and questions, relating to the lecture material, in a series of optional tutorial sessions that will support your core study.

Develop your Python programming knowledge with weekly, optional Python Labs. Each week you can learn to implement the models being discussed in the lectures.

Study Flexibility

The CQF program runs part-time, over 6 months and has been designed to work around your life and commitments. You have up to three full years to complete the CQF, at no additional cost beyond your enrollment fees, giving you the flexibility to study at your own pace.

Independent Reading and Assignments

In addition to you following lectures it is important to practice and use the skills you have learned. This is why CQF lectures come with optional practice exercises which enable you to immediately implement these skills.

You’ll spend your time implementing models, reading your textbooks and working on your exams. Your exams are open-book assignments that give you the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned, and give our faculty the ability to assess your progress.

The typical time commitment for delegates who complete the CQF in a six-month cohort is 5 - 10 hours per week in addition to the lectures.
